Mostly, I would expect to come to you (your home, office etc) if you're having problems with your computer.
There is also the possibility of remote support.
Also, where practical, you may prefer to drop your equipment off at my place.
In these cases there will be no 1-hour minimum charge.
The fees for this service are as follows:
- PC Help - €36.00/hour (1 hour minimum, then 15-minute periods) (VAT n/a)
- Travel costs (outward direction only) - €0.38/km (VAT n/a)
Please note, I have no experience with Apple-based computers.
